Horseshoe pond just east of Misery Bay has houseboats, well more like floating cottages that are grandfathered in here. No more are allowed to be put in.

Sara's Campground and Snack Shack -

 At this campground you can legally camp on the beach, like feet from the edge. 

 Also if you like quirky burger joints, here is your spot...and great food too. Lots of Simpsons character statue fun.

 Amusement park down by the lake. Has a great mini steam engine train ride and a wooden roller coaster.

Flagship Niagara -

 Tallship museum and one where you can actually ride a ship. It was kind of like being out on the lake and sitting on your backyard deck. Great crew and they allow you to participate in running the ship. Was a 4hr trip out into Lake Erie.

Firefighters Historical Museum -

 Come see a great collection and in a real firehouse. Pull station collection like none you have ever seen. Please support this museum. Sadly it is not that close to the waterfront.
